Play-and-stay sucks. We don't care where you sleep. You do you.

PLEASE REVIEW OUR REFUND POLICIES CAREFULLY. BY ENTERING THE EVENT, YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF LOSS OF A PORTION OR ALL OF YOUR REGISTRATION FEE IF YOUR TEAM CANCELS. PENALTIES INCREASE IN SEVERITY THE CLOSER THE CANCELLATION IS TO THE START OF THE EVENT.

Early Withdrawal Agreement: If you disagree with our policies, you may withdraw your registration with a 100% refund of monies paid. To qualify, email notification must be received within 24 hours of the date/time of your registration. Please note that the cancellation deadline for a 100% refund extends only 24 hours after the registration is submitted and not 24 hours after the submission of payment/deposit.

General Refund Policy: A non-refundable amount of $350 will be retained from any deposit or entry fee upon receipt. If a team decides to cancel within 45 days of the tournament start date, all monies received become non-refundable.

Cancellation of Unfilled Divisions: In the event that certain divisions do not reach the required participation level, 100% refunds will be issued to the teams involved in those divisions.
