Strongsville Mustangs Peewee 2 Set for CSHL Playoff Semifinals
Strongsville, OH — The Strongsville Mustangs Peewee 2 team will compete in the Cleveland Suburban Hockey League (CSHL) Playoff Semifinals on Saturday, February 22, at 2:50 p.m. at Brunswick Automart Arena. The Mustangs will face the Parma Flyers Peewee 2 in what promises to be a thrilling matchup.
The semifinal showdown brings together two evenly matched teams—Strongsville and Parma split their regular-season series, each claiming one victory. The Mustangs enter the playoffs as the number 3 seed and will wear their black jerseys, while Parma holds the number 2 seed.
Strongsville finished the regular season with a 4-5-1 record, showcasing steady growth and resilience throughout the campaign. Beyond league play, the team has had an exceptional tournament season—appearing in the championship game in three of their four tournaments this year and capturing the Rock and Roll Cup title in November.
Coach and family supporters couldn’t be prouder of the players’ progress, effort, and enthusiasm. The team is ready to bring that same energy into the semifinals as they look to punch their ticket to the CSHL Championship game.
